Our fresh Bay shrimp is wild-caught in the cold waters of Oregon. Our suppliers put the shrimp through a heated steaming process to remove their shell before selling it to distributors for customer convenience. This ready-to-eat product is perfect in a Louie salad and will make a memorable treat for all.
